1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Zodiac Deals website and services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Zodiac Deals operates as a gaming coaching platform that connects players with professional esports coaches ("Oracles"). Our Service includes:

• Access to a network of verified gaming coaches across multiple games including Apex Legends, Valorant, League of Legends, Dota 2, and Overwatch 2
• Booking and scheduling systems for coaching sessions
• Payment processing for coaching services
• Communication tools between coaches and students
• Progress tracking and session management tools

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for keeping your account information current.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Account Requirements

• Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• Users under 18 must have parental consent
• One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited
• Accounts must not be shared with other individuals

4. Coaching Services and Payments

All coaching sessions are provided by independent contractors ("Oracles") who are not employees of Zodiac Deals. We facilitate the connection between coaches and students but do not directly provide coaching services.

Service Tiers and Pricing

• Bronze Tier ($30): 1-hour individual coaching session with basic analysis
• Diamond Tier ($120): 5-hour coaching package with in-depth VOD reviews and custom strategies
• Predator Tier ($220): 10-hour comprehensive coaching with unlimited VOD reviews and tournament preparation

All payments are processed securely through our platform. Refunds are available within 24 hours of booking if the session has not yet commenced. Once a coaching session begins, all sales are final unless there are extenuating circumstances as determined by Zodiac Deals management.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Uploading viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Collecting or tracking personal information of other users
• Spamming, phishing, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• Using the Service for any obscene or immoral purpose
• Interfering with or circumventing security features of the Service

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zodiac Deals and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices. By using our Service, you agree that we can collect, use, and disclose your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and contact our support team.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions, and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or the law of equity.

We cannot guarantee specific results from coaching sessions. Gaming improvement depends on individual effort, practice, and natural ability. Coaches provide guidance and strategies, but ultimate performance remains the responsibility of the student.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zodiac Deals is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
